I am legitimately curious to hear your explanation on Jess Willard's ranking. seriously, I"d like to know more about the dude. Typically he comes up in the top ten worst heavyweight champions list.

i don't have an in depth knowledge on most in your list. can you educate me more about why you ranked them as such? the most explanation you have is on pac and floyd. everyone else is just once liners.

Pryor turned down what would have been, at the time, a career-high payday against Leonard.

Hearns-Pryor was never negotiated to my knowledge.

They competed in different divisions anyway.

Why call it at Top 20 when it really is a Top 30?????????????????

I like Joe Calzaghe, but I can not justify Joe ahead of Manny.

Jess Willard had limited skills and came up as champion. His heart for fighting and beating the odds on almost every turn is what made me put him on the list. He wasn's and Ali or even a Frazier or Dempsey, he was Willard! Champion!

    Which ones in particular!?

Shows you how much I really think about Pac-Man. Joe would have been ahead far higher as well. The only reason he is not rated higher is because he fought all of the other American middle and super middleweights at the tail end of his career and theirs. But if he fought them at prime and still came out undefeated, then we would have a solid claim to say he was better than RJJ or any other Middle/SuperMiddle. All of this at a time when the Middle/SuperMiddle division was ripe with talent... this is why Hopkins, even though Joe beat him, ranks higher. Hopkins had an awesome win/loss record as champion in boxing's toughest division outside of the Heavies and Welterweight division at one of the toughest times to be a champ...

    :good

Had to stop reading when you had Calzaghe listed ahead of Pacquiao. There's no way to take this seriously.
