Why are you proud of being White? Just give us some reasons. Am I proud of being Black and multi racial? I just don't give a ****.. I really don't. You will never hear me say I'm proud to be black.. I'm proud to be an American, and that is all.

"I'm proud to be White because White people invented ________"

"Proud to be Black because we dominate ________"

"Proud to be Brown because ______"

It's all bull**** and the more you embrace being proud of your race, the more racist and insensitive you become.

First off I don't walk around stating how proud I am nor do I have any tattoos suggesting I am involved in any kind of white movement (I actually have Egyptian and Chinese tattoos) but to suggest I don't have a right to be proud of being white is complete garbage. You act as if being proud is a bad thing. I like being who I am and have no problems with another being who they are or tattooing themselves with the pride moniker, what I do have a problem with is the same people who are proud of being brown or black are usually the same people who have a problem with poeple being proud of being white.

 

So then what is your point?

Because two of those images look to be from a Scandinavian Festival I attented annualy in CO.. You can call it White Pride, but _____ Pride is such a broad subject.

And The Indiana Pork Festival is not a symbol of White Pride.. Whether your serious or not, you pulled that off

 

I think that you're a ****ing crybaby who's jealous of the type of victimology that certain racial minority groups get to claim. If you're proud to be white, proud of your gender, proud of your hair color or proud to have any other trait that you were born with, more power to you. I don't think that anybody here is going to tell you that people don't have the right to be proud of themselves. My point in this thread has been that the "white pride" movement, especially in the US, is pretty much centered around white supremacy and race hatred. Don't even pretend that you don't know this to be true. I've also repeatedly pointed out that nobody gives a **** when white people claim pride based on European nationality/ethnicity. There are myriad European ethnic organizations based on promoting their ancestral cultures that are in good standing with their local communities, so spare us the oppressed white man bull**** that you're trying to push here.

I'll ask again.. Why are you proud of being White? I really don't think that you personally have any good reason.. Your just proud to be White because you were born White, so tell us why your proud to be White?

 

To the contrary I think everyone has a good reason to be proud of who they are. This is MY problem, YOU don't think being white is ok. YOU are being the racist and I don't understand how thats acceptable.

 

I don't think white people are oppressed! I am just saying that if it is ok to be proud to be brown it should be ok to be proud to be white, what is SO wrong with that?
