Good man. Boosting my ego. Mission accomplished.

I didnt think Watt was that bad, just missed key things.

Missing key things is fairly bad. On a scale of badness that has to rank quite highly.

Scoring a fight completely wrong would rank somewhere at the top, but he quite often does that as well ;)

Watt is normally pretty good at noticing things. Just Sky randomly hyped up Hall as some sort of KO artist/caveman.

Typical Sky, They do get silly at times about fighters.

One thing i always respect and rate Al Bernstein for is his consistent commentary. He rarely has a bad night. He's on the ball and precise with his analysis. I've been at shows when Watt has worked. He loves his can's of coke. Must think there red bull .

Something else we have in common, along with Scottish blood and a love of the fight game. (and knack for scoring it) :p

I like a coke with the boxing, my biggest weakness really.

Bernstein is great, hes also really 'fun' as a commentator. Like you know he would have been having a lugh with his co-commentators during Jeffries bout.

Nobody not even Al is capable of cracking a smile let alone laughing during a Tony Jefferies bout. Well, unless they're laughing at how bad he is.

Ok first off I wanna say how awesome the main even was. Really top class stuff.

Jeffries imo has no potential. I fear he'll found his ceiling already. He can't adjust, he doesn't hate great punch variety, speed nor power. I don't think he'll ever get beyond domestic level. He was touted as the next ricky hatton but if he ever makes it that far it'll be a miracle.

Mcdonnel is at his ceiling now imo. He isn't a class above domestic and his fights against napa and hall prove that imo. He has great stamina and determination so he can grind out results which is good at this level but he wouldn't beat the likes of perez nor anselmo let alone darch, agbeko or donaire.

Jefferies was God awful. Not to sure how be he has regressed since he first turned over. From what I remember he had a very good jab but that has went out the window. He spoiled most of his own work tonight. If he had stood off and pressured behind the jab following up with the right hand he could of had him out of there.

Every jab was followed by him stepping in behind it and giving his opponent the chance to tie him up. After a few if these Jefferies was happy enough to let him do it. He deserved that dressing down from Brooks and Maloney after it as well. Couldn't care how short notice the change was he should be miles ahead of that guy tonight.
