However, the man never truly realised his potential, cos instead of facing up to facts? He just blamed his trainers all the time for his own failures. You will come on leaps and bounds now. You need a trainer who is going to be the BOSS and you have to be willing to be the student. Sort out the diet also mate. You really have potential. I also think I deserve an apology from the forum. I was the only one who spoke out about this and got slated by many nuthuggers on here for saying Frankie should leave farnell. I know the reasons and whats going on with regards to this, and Frankie has clearly stated its for personal reasons and nothing to do with the way he was being coached. It was obvious as soon as this was made public news, that Arnie would bear the brunt of the cyber warriors, cyber coaches and cyber experts' opinions, but thats truly unfair here.
