My favorite fighter just lost due to cuts but i believe he made a good showing for himself and made his countryman proud !!!

Who do you see him fighting in the future? Obviously a rematch with Berto would be cool but i don't think it will ever happen. I'm pretty sure that Jan would gladly travel to Senchenkos backyard or a fight with Said Ouali in Ljubljana would be great as well.

Who do you see him fighting next???

I was pretty sad for him, he was in tears and he should have been given another round or 2. Thought he'd win, technically he is way better than Berto, but Berto just walked through his punches to land his own and Berto was going to win

What next, maybe a rematch, will Berto want that? If not maybe a European title shot, I don't know

I agree, he's not likely to get a Berto rematch, especially an immediate one. I hope HBO gets the feedback that will bring him back to America and he gets someone beatable but a name who's been featured on B.A.D. before. Abregu, Soto Karass, Matt Hatton, they might be nice ideas. I want to see him back on HBO before he calls it a day though. He deserves it. And if he gets the right guy, he may have the profile to see him step back in with Berto. Even a Malignaggi fight might be of interest.

Might be a good first fight for Khan at 147, HBO fight, a good fight but probably won't check Khan's chin or outbox him so it keeps the Mayweather fight alive

Wish a rematch against Berto, he looked good until the stoppage.

How about Devon Alexander? He's fighting at 147 now and, after his last few performances, he doesn't deserve any easy touches.

The winner of that would be right in the mix.

    I like this idea.

Kell Brook and Mike Jones would be good fights as well.

Mike Jones would be good, if he's willing.

Zaveck is 35..dont think so he will get another title shot but if Berto can keep his word and give him a rematch would be great. Im glad that even in this 5 rounds you guys notice he is good fighter and that can fight anyone...

Most likely, if america call him again, he will fight undercard against some guys that are around 30-100 place. Dont think they will want to give him one of top 10 guys as he might made a big upset.
That is why it might also happen he will fight in SLovenia (13k ppl) against Europeans...

Damn i wish Sachenko invites him to Donjetsk..that would be an easy title for Jan and then back to USA!
