    Winning Jump Triple Jump Final 17.61 or further. 15/16 with Bwin

    The last 3 Olympic games and 4 of the last 5 world championships have all been won with longer jumps

    Only the french guy missing from the finals but it is still a high class field and you have to expect at least one person to jump 17.61+. Hopefully anyway

    Anybody fancying a patriotic punt on the last day of athletics? Had a look at the markets and can't help but fancy the chances of idowu in the triple jump and farah in the 5,000m,jus added jamaica to win the 4x100m mens relay, £20 pays £135!:happy

    McCloskey to beat Prescott
    Alvarez to beat Gomez by KO/TKO or DQ
    Martinez to beat Barker by KO/TKO or DQ
    Cleverly to beat Bellew by KO/TKO or DQ
    Ward to beat Froch

    Cleverly to beat Bellew by KO/TKO/DQ is 6/4 which is a good single as well I think.....

    Keighley -8 11/10 and Oldham +10 11/10 double is nice with William Hill. McCloskey to win 2/5 and Vitali to KO Adamek 8/15 double is also a decent one for some free money.

    I hate internationals. But Russia are surely a decent bet against ROI at home on Tuesday - 4/5. Ireland without O'Shea, Long and St Ledger. Russia are fairly formidable at home too keeping plenty of clean sheets. The unders would probably be a safe bet also.
