Some say Stiverne was so bad, he made Austin look like Larry Holmes... i'm not sure, i don't want to watch that crapola.

Wasn't Tim Tomashek having a couple of beers in the bar before he was asked to fight Tommy Morrison?

AUstin is so ****. Words cannot describe his shitness.

Watch the Solis fight, the commentators said Austin thinks his jabs like Larry Holmes

A lot of people are criticising Austin here, but he held Ibragimov to a draw.

Ibragimov actualy put up a better showing against Wlad than either Chagaev or Haye.

I realise that this is not the greatest era, but I think that Ibragimov was one of the better contenders in it.

Joe Hipp was not near the worst. He was a decent fighter who people degrade because of his appearance. Sure, he was not going to win a pose down but he had good stamina, workrate and was tough as a 10 cent steak. He hung tough with Morrison, beat Alex Garcia, Jose Ribalta and a few other b-listers.

If thats Ray AUstins 5 mins of fame, drawing against Ibragimov

    then

    ....**** Ray Austin

    Cooney would own him.

    I know he sucks badly...

I've seen Donald-Austin, & that was no draw.

    Guess who lost...

The point is that he drew against one of the better contenders of his era.

He is up against people fighting their pro debut in this thread!

Right. Ross was an exposed fighter. Johnson could not finish him in ten.

    have you seen the fight?

if your ranking of austin is hinging upon his draw with iggy, then a viewpoint he deserved to lose could well be enough to tip him into the rademacher category (if we're limiting to those challenging the number 1 HW)

Admitedly I have not seen the fight.

Does that change the situation significantly?

Good picks, though ABC titles make this way too easy.
