He doesn't know why the negotiations broke down, yet the fight was so close to being made! He doesn't know why Floyd suddenly went on vacation even though he was the mediator. The fight was so close, yet no final details were printed as to what they didn't agree to which caused Floyd to say no negotiations took place.

I have a lot more questions. I hope you have enough links. I need those questions answered. What did both camps have to say about both negotiations breaking down anyway?
