A ****** could probably also have 1 fight every 18 months, then claim he was the hardest working athlete in the world. :rofl
One guy (Ortiz) says that talking to him is like talking to a tree. The other (Floyd) only fights once a year and says no other athlete works harder than him. Its like watching Dumb and Dumber but without the laughs.
Yeah, I mean, you can't really make those kind of statements since other athletes don't get the same amount of attention as a fighter having a dedicated 24/7 show to highlight how hard he trains. Plus if you add up the amount of training done over the course of the past 3 years or so, Floyd's inactivity definitely hurts a statement like that. But in any case, like a lot of the stuff Floyd says, I'm pretty sure he said that more as a way to sell the fight and honestly I don't think people think should read too much into the statement.
This is not true, floyd constantly is in the gym training, hence why he is always in shape. Also floyd was also referring to his whole career when he fought more than once a year. I don't believe that he is the hardest working athlete, how do you even measure such a thing, but one thing I do know is that no ****ing football player training regime could compare to a professional boxer getting into shape for a fight.
I'm seriously claiming that Floyd trains hard for about 6-12 weeks every 18 months, whereas Ronaldo trains all year round save for a couple of months in the summer some years.
*****s don't know **** about other athlete's work ethics and the athleticism their respective sports required.
Floyd trains all year round you dumb ass, he only goes full tilt in a lead up to a fight. Have you ever seen a professional footballer train, because I have, I have also seen ronaldo train as well as the likes of Gareth Bale and Cesc Fabregas and their training is nothing at the level of intensity of a professional boxer.atsch Dumbest comment on esb to think a professional footballer trains harder than a professional elite boxer.
I know a lot about football training you dumbass, I can tell you one thing a footballers training is nothing compared to a professional boxer.:deal
I never understood why they use this logic.. Even in the Tyson vid you posted just a second ago. He said he likes to get up and run at 4:30am because his opponent is asleep. But, Tyson came back home after his run and took a nap. Let's say he slept from 6am to 10am (which it showed what time he woke up) Well what if the other guy didn't wake up at 4, but instead woke up at 7am and started training. That means he was working hard while Tyson was asleep. It makes no difference!!!! Same with Floyd, if he trains 4x a day, but it's for 2 or 3 hrs at a time. Why is that harder work than someone who trains 1x for 6hrs?? So what he trains at 1am to 330am.. He's probably gonna sleep till the afternoon, while the other guy is up training at 8am, while Floyd is asleep.. All top level athletes train hard some more than others, but guys like Floyd, Hopkins, PAC, Jerry Rice, Chris cater, Kobe, Wade, MJ, GSP, Anderson Silva.... all give it their all, it's hard to say who trains the hardest.
In light of this thread... Because Floyd only trains few weeks after how many months from his last fight?
Floyd trains all year round you dumbass even when he is not fighting, he is a gym rat. Have you ever seen professional footballers train, because I have, I have seen ronaldo train at Old Trafford with the rest of the United squad, I have also seen clips of him training on youtube. I have also seen floyd mayweather train at peacoks gym live, I have also seen clips of him training in youtube. I can tell you for a fact floyd mayweather trains harder than Ronaldo even when he has no scheduled fight:rofl
Then in that regard Floyd over-trains himself. Maybe you don't know the distinction between keeping in shape against training.
You're struggling big time, I can't help you :roflatsch What the **** is sparring you dumb **** You think floyd only spars when he has a fight. :rofl
