You Nub. You little nub. Let me Teech u sum things K? The Ali could not be a racist (in your classification and for general purposes of the word and it's meaning) as he was a target. This world is comprised of Agents and Targets. Agents are the people in power. Typically White Males classify the highest level of definition of "agent." This is not to say all white males do well; but they certainly have more advantages; even in disadvantageous times.

Black males like Ali are targets (yes even despite wealth). This is set up this way in this world due to a concept Structual Functionalism. It is designed to keep the power people at the top and the bottom at the bottom. You think this world is "less racist" maybe due to no segregation and affirmative action? Some may say that is just part of the "system" giving "them" a nibble to keep them quiet to not uprise and revolt too much.

So how can someone that is oppossed by the very fabric of our society, written into it's very doctrines (institutional discrimination) be "racist?" Please. That is like saying: "I don't get how if a black makes a joke it's ok but if a white makes a joke hes a racist." DUMBEST COMMENT EVER. White people are not victims of said institutional discrimination and target status and therefore are not affected by said jokes due to their standing. If they are affected by being called "*******" or something then they need therapy.

So ya...Ali wasn't racist even if he did hate my white ass. And...I am white. Nub.

He's generating interest at the moment, check out the different forums, like him or not he's keeping it interesting at a low point in boxings. there's just not much out there.
I'm not really interested in his or anyone elses behavior out of the ring skill is my thing and its in short supply at the moment.

I like athletes for what they do in the sport and their ability. That being said, I can honestly say there is not a boxer I don't particularly like. I am a fight fan, and respect the fighters for what they give in the ring. I am just a fan of boxing, period. :bbb

All the other extra-curricular activities, I really do not care. None of my business, and it is not my life. They have to live with their own life choices, not me. I never understand why people focus on what athletes do outside of their respective sport. It really does not matter.

Because at the end of the day, it's hard to swallow his flashy public persona being all that close to the "real" Floyd...and when you strip it all down what you have is one of the most dedicated and hard-working athletes and students of the game the modern era has seen.

The peripheral stuff like his legal troubles is none of my business.

I tend not to dislike boxers on the basis of that stuff unless it's really bad (ie Ibeabuchi bad). I'll always love Tapia despite constantly ****ing up outside the ring.

None of Floyd's abuse claims are firmly substantiated that I know of.

Its not his legal troubles or him as a fighter thats irritating.
Its the arrogant ******* loudmouth attitude he has, like a spoiled kid used to getting what he wants acting like a dick to everyone bragging about having money and stuff.
That type of person is also the most annoying at parties or in movies for example. People like that need to be humbled by having their lights turned out, simple.
Mayweather as a fighter is excellent to watch, his attitude turns people away though.
The only way you can pull that off is by doing it with a tongue in the cheek like hamed or being very charismatic like Ali, Floyd is neither.

You dumb **** Ali was all for segregation, he also didn't want mix race relationships. He believed white people were devils. Ali use to attend KKK meetings agreeing with some of their views.:deal

Do your homework son, Ali was racist he hated your kind. Joe fraizer, Foreman, Liston all lived in the same era as Ali and was nowhere near as racist as Ali.

And if you want to go even deeper, ali was a middle class black growing up, he didn't even have the worse of it in the deep deprived ghettos of america.

Face it, ali hated your white ass, and you continued to support him, you dumb *****:deal

    BUT BUT BUT.......

Allegedly Ray Robinson caused his wife to miscarry 5 times.

Edwin Valero beat his wife to death and left his children orphans.

Kid McCoy killed a woman and shot a few others.

Carlos Monzon threw his wife off a balcony

Jack Dempsey allegedly pimped out his wife and broke new girls in who were sent to brothels.

But yet, all I get is "Mayweather called his dad a ****** how can you watch his fights?!?!?"

Learn some boxing history that isn't mentioned in boxrec and you'll learn greatness comes at a price.

If that is all true they all deserved to be killed.

If they are already dead, I hope they reincarnate so they can die a brutal death again.
