A shot Oscar couldn't even sustain his jab for 12 rounds & your claiming he'll win against Clottey? Joshua is a tough welterweight just because he had a poor performance on his last fight it doesn't define him as fighter.

That shot Mosley was defeated by Cotto & a better version than the one defeated by PBF...

Calderon even defeated a shot Oscar in sparring & your claiming he'll win against Clottey? What a dumb ass...

    Yup,sounded like it.

Also, its a good excuse too,to say "oh, I was done!"

Gives him an excuse for getting beaten.

Also the Hatton being a "little guy" was a bit extreme considering Hattion was a huge light welter, who actually outweighed Floyd on the night of the fight.

Hatton used weigh in at 140 looking like a skeleton and then hydrate back up to 155 for fight nights.

Obviously Oscar wasn't in his prime but take the Marquez brothers out of the picture and there is no sorer loser in boxing than Oscar.

Oscar is telling Ortiz that all of those guys were not threats, but he picked them all to beat Floyd. The guy is a promoter (aka liar) through and through, how can you believe anything he says?

Pernell was still basically undefeated when he met Oscar so he wasn't shot. He was coming off his prime though, yea. And sorry, you can't win a fight ducking and dodging all night, actin a fool, and not mounting any form of offense. Pernell did FUK ALL in that fight, but dance and act like an idiot. Oscar charged him all night, missed most of his shots but enough to fuk pernells eye up while Oscars face was untouched. Oscar did his best to force a fight while Pernell ran and danced the fight away.

I don't take what Oscar was saying to Ortiz that seriously. It sounded like he was just trying to motivate him. He conveniently left out Mosley fight then when the other guy mentioned Mosley he was like "he fought Mosley come on". Yet it was Oscar who was in awe of Mayweather after the Mosley fight.

He was clearly looking to give Ortiz confidence. Saying he has never fought a big strong young guy like you etc...

Why was Oscar in awe after the Mosley fight? Mosley was old as fuk and didn't even fight after the first couple of rounds. I always said Mosley was only a step behind oscar as far as being shot goes.

Because like a lot of people he probably didn't think Mayweather was strong enough to stand up to Mosley. So when Mayweather beat his ass he was saying stuff like this fight proves that Mayweather is on another level then everyone else and that he should have the power in negotiations (some **** like that)

Besides when Mosley jumped in the ring to challenge Mayweather there wasn't many people saying that Mosley was to old. How many threads were created on how Mayweather was scared or ducking Mosley. How about when Mayweather stated in the Marquez press conference that Mosley needed to prove he still got it. How many people agreed with Mayweather then and hom many people cliamed ducking. Then as soon as Mayweather fights and beats his ass the excuses fly.

Well he was past it when he fought Floyd, but I wouldnt read too much into him discrediting Floyds opponents, hes just trying to build Ortiz confidence.

Excuses were made for Hatton and Marquez about them being blown up when Mayweather fought them. Why isn't Mayweather considered to have been blown up when he fought Hoya?

Hoya had the size, strength, reach, Roach as his trainer, and at least 15 pd weight advantage fighting a blown up Mayweather. Even if Hoya was shot, only an elite fighter on Mayweather's level or class would be able to beat him given that situation.
