Toney/Lebedev in talks for November 5

cruiserweight or heavyweight?

 

If Toney makes Cruiser, he is going to put hands on Lebvedev. It means he will be in shape. Even at his age he will be too slick for a guy like Lebvedev.

 

Sam Peter outboxed Toney twice 5 years ago... Toney doesn't stand a chance.

 

Toney is going to *whip* everyone in the division, starting with this Russian.

 

Toney will not win beat Lebedev in Russia, im surprised so many of you think he will. Toneys workrate is gone, his power is diminished and he gives up rounds. Hes struggled against C+ fighters in recent years. Unless he kos Lebedev, hes not going to win, and in Russia he better knock him out cold. Even though hes back at cruiserweight, this is a much oldrr more shot Toney than we saw against Jirov nearly a decade ago. Its over.

Lebedev is like Jirov...built to be taken apart by Toney.

The thing is, Toney is shot to ****.

This fight could actually go either way.

 

Robney...I know it's just wrong of me, but I laughed my ass of at this.

 

Antsu is a biased sack of **** but you know what?........I wanna see this fight AND a light toney is pretty slick even if he has diving boots for footwork.

I wouldn't count toney out by a long shot - styles make fights but I'd say this was a 60/40 fight for Dennis. Toney could make him look a fool though if anyone can.

 

Of course Toney can't knock out Vitali. Toney can't knock out anyone at heavyweight anymore, he has no punch. Vitali will eat him alive, destroy his body and soul (I didn't say mind because toney lost it years ago)

Beaten clearly, yes. He was competitive all night.


Also, I'm a big fan of Denis but he isn't the boxer Vasiliy was. Bigger puncher, but with James' chin that shouldn't matter much. After all it took him until the last possible minute to stop the much chinnier and even more shot RJJ.

 

Technically, he didnt add Ruiz and Rahman He was busted for doping after those two bouts! They are both No-contests.

Toney fo sho. As funny as it was to see Lebedev bobble head RJJ, this wont happen against Toney. James has iron chin. Dennis is a fun guy to watch but skill wise no where near JT

Not to mention, he's going to have boiled off sixty pounds assuming he makes weight.

Lebedev might actually stop him. It won't have anything to do with his chin, though.
