Rogie is embarrising himself now, the BBC reporter said to him its not the Klicthkos and Rogies response was - "this belt is just as big make no mistake about it this belt was held by Goerge Foreman etc etc " .

He is deluded and now I firmly believe he ducked Fury and Pulev, I used to love Rogie but he is a **** talker now and is trying to fool the Belfast boxing fans, what a joke I really think the Odysee will be empty that night as I think the Belfast boxing fans are now sick of Rogie and are knowledgeable enough to know that this is nothing more than a con job and no " World heavyweight title fight ".

Who is promoting this "world title fight" against a blown up cruiserweight who nobody has ever heard of ? And is this fight on the tele.

Why in the name of all that is good and holy would Fury want to fight for the tinpot WBU title when he is the British and Commonwealth champion?

Outside of what happens in the ring, I'm not sure that there's every been anything good or holy about boxing, particularly the business side of it.

I took my wife to see The Boxer, and when Micky beat Shea Neary for the WBU belt, I tried to explain to her that it wasn't one of the big four belts. i realized how ridiculous I must have sounded to her about halfway in and let her enjoy the film. There you go.

Whats happening with Setanta and the boxing? Have they pulled the plug or are they still involved with getting some fights. The last fight they showed was the Magee fight. I hope they get invovled again even if they got the hard knocks fights it would be something.

 

So I've been doing a little bit of digging.

The WBU was apparently dissolved.

A crowd in Germany re-started it. That is te title that Gene holds.

Supposedly this is a new company that was started in the US by Moose Lewis.

Both are new companies and cant claim the dubious legacy.

Someone please hand me a rusty nail so I can cut me balls off!
