like some already said, floyd is scared imo. all of his past actions lead to that perception. first it was the OST that he never needed unitl pac. then , he changed his demand of cut off from 14 days to none. in the second negotiation (confirmed by then hbo head greeburg) along with oscar, he tried to deny it. 1.) there is no other opponet for floyd other than pac that will bring him that much money and vice versa. the ppv only applies in the US coz , fights in the philippines are free exept for local stations there covering it but i doubt floyd gets any from that. 2.) half a billion is just not possible imo. not even if you exaggerate the numbers like say $ 100 each ppv of 3 mill and $ 1000 each seat in 16,000 seat capacity (mgm grand) . that would only equal to around 316 million clean. the government would sure want some of that money. 3.) the OST is what's holding this fight from happening .if floyd is not sacred, he should just drop it and let the commisioners do their jobs. 4.) if all of the fighters gets the chance to demnad whatever they want, it'll be always hard to make the best fights out there.
