Floyd's padwork is unique among fighters, what advantages does it give him in the ring over his opponents?

It seems as if it works to keep Floyds reflex's sharp since its Roger hitting Floyd's gloves more than Floyd hitting Roger's pads. Its almost like reverse padwork.

it gives him "41-0". I remember Ricky Hatton talked **** about his pad work and we see how that turned out lol

but seriously i think it helps him with his reflexes

Works in the muscle memory for combinations and counters, increases sharpness, helps muscle endurance, develops coordination, allows for improved hand speed, etc.

I believe that it does work his endurance, reflexes, and defense just like all pad work. What is unique about it is the rhythm that is kept. Along with lengthy combinations

Reflexes. Timing. Helps to keep the hands up, and to throw punches while fighting on the inside.
