Just reading that Rucky Bruns is close to vacating his WBO superfeather title on advise from his corner. They think he is stuggling to much to make the limit and with Broner breathing down his neck for a mandatory I can see another reason :deal

With Broner rated #1 and Wild Will at #3 do you think they will take the fight if offered?

I think i read something about Will fighting someone for a IBO strap?

Would like to hear your thoughts (sorry if this has been discussed already)

I dont see Perez taking the fight.

GBP look to be building him up, and with broner being their golden child I dont see it happening. Either way if the fight comes off they are losing a prospects undefeated record. And being undefeted against bums seems to mean more than who you'v fought these days.

Will being at #3, do you seem his team taking the fight?

Perhaps Will's team will consider it, unfortunately Will is no where near ready for Broner & maybe never will be.
Feasting on undersize sub par opposition regularly will get shown up stepping up to this top 10 130 pound level.
IMO Will needs at least 3 more solid step fights, which he wins & looks fairly good before even considering this.

    Good call mate :good

I dont see anyone wanting to take on Broner, he will probleby be matched with a low ranker in search of a payday for the title.

If shaw can get some big fights in the US that would be a great start

If Burns does vacate it will be one of the biggest 'ducks' of all time.

Prop's that he won the title over Martinez (has gone on to do jack **** however).

He's then defended against some absolute tomato can's in Evensen, Laryea and a so shot Nicky Cook it was comparable to the Green / Briggs fiasco this will be the greatest duck by Burns, his team and promoter Frank ******.

Good luck if Tomlinson get's himself in the frame. However if it's not right now, I'm sure being under the Gary Shaw banner going forward, he'll find his shot in due course.

    True that Contendo.
Burns has had 1 of the softest title reigns by any beltholder in the major 4 orgs.
Cook fight sure was Green-Briggs part 2.

What with burns. he going to give up $350 000 and not fight broner and a chance to fight on HBO. I will be very suprised if he does this, he can kiss good bye any chance of being on big time cable fights in the USA if he does this
