    Remember anyone mad enough to pay for this that primetime do not take responsibilty for not getting the event if your viewing card isnt in the box......or for that matter even if it is in the box the fact there may be a technical fault....is your fault.

    I thought the technical problems they had happened over a year ago in the Froch days?

    I guess I'm in the minority but I like their production and I still this is a great card

    Nope quite a few with problems with khan judah, including my mate who missed whole undercard....had blue screen.

    Venusdiablo put this down to not having viewing card in, which when he was told viewing card has NEVER been taken out of box, basically didnt respond, "card must have been out of box".....basically blaming the customer.

    Agree its a good card, but not ppv worthy. PPV in uk should have a uk fighter in main event.

    There have been no technical problems with purchasing on Primetime since the first event, we have a direct customer service line on 08448429844 who can instantly resolve any issues.

    You must have your viewing card in the box and the box switched on to ensure you receive your signal correctly as the signals we use are 'instant' and hit the box withing 3 seconds. If your card is not in the box you will not receive the signal correctly resulting in a blue screen - which is the only way this issue can occur......

    Venus, are you intending on showing live fights for free in future? Or will primetime be devoted to PPVs?

    We did offer a Bute fight card live and for free earlier this year, if the right things come along we will do. We are showing Anthony Crolla's fight free at 11pm next Saturday in the run up to the Mayweather vs Ortiz pay-per-view as well
