I know because Konz stated that they only accepted 7 days. Manny also had a chance to take 14 days but denied it.

If Manny has accepted testing with no cut off dates then first of all good for him. And 2nd all they need to do then is have a contract written out for the public to see that would basically be the nail in the coffin for Mayweather if he didn't want the fight.

But the fact that Arum has come out with statments talking about USDA and WADA or that he will ensure that this time around testing won't be an issue, plus Knoz comments about 7 days makes me believe that Manny has never agreed to full testing. Plus Mayweather stated so himself and Arum or Manny have never put Mayweather on blast calling him a liar and that they have agreed to testing.

 

Go look. He was shown that he made the bet and continuously ignored it and even acknowledged that he wasn't going to honor the bet he made.
