C level is c level . . . Byrd was the man for a while but no one claims he was great . . . and he beat most top guys . . . they were all c level (except for big bro of course).
like i said heard it all before..there seems to be alot of idiots like you on this forum..your thread title alone proves my point ffs.only an idiot (hater) would ask such a stupid question
Define C level. Take Haye. He won WBC WBA WBO Ring CW titles and the WBA HW title all within 24 fights. Is that C level? Valuev went 46 fights unbeaten and is a 2 time HW champ. Now I dont think Byrd was great but he did win his fair share of worthwhile fights and is a 2 time HW champ, which deserves respect. But if you rate Byrd as the man at one stage then it shows that Byrd must be less than C level as I dont think Byrd wouldve beaten Haye, Povetkin, Valuev etc and we know he was unable to beat W Klitschko and he only had a win over VK due to injury in a fight he was clearly losing to an injured Vitali. So if 2 time HW champ Byrd is less than C level, fine but define it
The beat OK (B+ level) but not great (A) fighters, its not their fault there is no great HW fighters around. The only one A class fighter in their range was Lewis and he was arguably loosing until the cuts .. .and he chose to retire instead giving rematch to Vitaly. So .... they have solid B+ resume, no worse than Holmes, Tyson or even Foreman but nothing to compare with the likes of Lewis, Holyfield, or Ali.
WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT TYSON OR HOLY WE ARE TALKING KLIT BROS.....................WHAT GREAT HEAVYS HAVE THEY BEATEN IS THE QUESTION AND IM REALLY CURIOUIS OF YOUR ANSWERR>???:nono
Remember when so many were picking Solis to beat Vitali? Vitali stopped Solis with a right hook in round one!!!!!!! Remember when Haye was supposed to beat Vlad? Ad infinitum.................
In no order. Haye Peter Chagaev Gomez Solis Chambers Rahman (past his best ) Briggs (past his best ) Brewster Ibragimov Brock Byrd Sanders Mercer (past his best ) Hide If not for the fact that two ATG's stood in the way of the above quite a few of these could have carved out very good legacies for themselves. Some may still, Solis, Chambers, hell even Haye if he would take the sport seriously and fight top 10 fighters rather than retire.
yey wheres my medal...you know im right..your obviously a hater for whatever reason..and there is only a few reasons why you hate the klit bros..so im curious what one of them is your reason for hating them..
Haye is becoming very underrated. His speed and power would make him a dangerous foe for about anybody. Seeing as he went 12 rounds with Wlad (even though Wlad did not go all out for the KO) might suggest that his chin is not as bad as people claim and might have actually benefited form leaving the cruiser ranks.
The fact that Wlad beat everyone in this era that there is to beat makes him great. Beating all "good" contenders makes you great, add to that he beat the only man who people thought had a chance at beating him. But he's not an ATG in my opinion, he got tko'd 3 times by no marks (so to speak). As time goes on. Maybe 30 years from now he'll be the Larry Holmes of this era. Vitali hasn't beaten anyone worth note to make him an ATG now, or anytime in the future. I hate that everyone sees them as 1 fighter.
even tho i respect your opinion i gotta disagree wlad accomplished enough to earn a spot as an atg heavy especially after the 1st peter fight which earned my respect hell it even showed that he has a decent chin and good heart vitali on the other hand has not accomplished enough imo to be considered an atg cant blame him tho that shoulder injury took alot out of him besides look at pac he got stopped twice early in his career and cameback does that not make him an atg
