Is this photo real? (Bonecrusher Smith knocking down Tyson)

    It's been a while since I've seen this fight. (It was boring because of Smith cuddling Mike all night) but I don't remember Tyson ever going down. I found this pic on Bonecrusher's website. He didn't really knock Tyson down, did he?

    Tyson slipped in that fight and went down. Crusher tried to swing at him as he was going down. It was just a slip and ruled correctly so.

    Thanks guys. Damn. Isn't it enough for Bonecrusher that he was the first man to last 12 rounds with Tyson? Why does he have to lie in photo captions? Geez.

    I coudlnt help but laugh at Smiths website and his "knockdown" of Mike.

    Reminds me of Trevor Berbick saying he won the tyson fight, he was poisoned and there is UNSEEN footage from the fight out there somehwere.

    Tyson threw a wild looping right punch and threw himself off balance and slipped and went down. No one at the time even remotely suggested it was a knockdown. However, Smith is entitled to his opinion that he landed a counter right that sent the off balance squared up Tyson down. No one backed that theory up at the time, though, and I don't recall Smith even claiming it at the time.

    Smith got the name Bone-Clutcher Smith after this fight as big as Smith was he got faint of the sight of his own blood and held on for dear life to survive Tyson...Bone hugger
