Mayweather needs negotiate first so there can be a contract. Manny can't sign air.

 

Don't even matter as long as the media knows that there is an offer on the table with no cut off dates in the form of a contract that's all they would need to do.

 

Floyd: "No negotiations took place" That means according to Floyd, there was no contract or even offer.

 

Its not enough because the turned down 14 days and then offered 14 and 7 days in the 2nd negotiation. When have they ever offered no cut off dates during contract negotiations since there have been 2 of them right. So in the 2 contract negotiations that they had when has Pac ever offered no cut off date? Why is Arum talknig about WADA?

 

Forget all that, have a contract written up today with no cut of dates on it. Testing is not an issue right and Manny agreed already right so then there should be no problem of having a contract written up with no cut off dates on it just waiting to be signed by Mayweather.

 

So you want Manny and his people to be like, "Look people here's a contract for Floyd, saying I agree to all his demands, he just needs to sign it"...???

How is that different from Pac saying he agreed to the test already? Floyd needs to man the **** up and stop fighting Manny by talking **** to him through the media. And he needs to have the urge when Manny is not signed on to fight anyone, not just when Manny already has a fight lined up.

Because we have people like Konz talking about Manny only accepted 7 days cut off. Why hasn't Arum come out and stat that Manny has already agreed to no cut off dates and Mayweather is lying? There is no evidence that Manny has backed up these statements.

Which is why you come out with the contract, this proves that you have followed through on your statements and stops Mayweather from saying anything in the media about Pac not accepting the test. There would be nothing Mayweather could say.

Mayweather might have to fight Manny through the media in order to get him to accept no cut off dates.

It take two for a contract. That's what negotiations are for. You never draw up a contract and sign it before negotiating on it. So Manny should draw up this contract without even negotiations? You see how Mayweather stiffed Marquez into a welterweight fight when he thought he was fighting at 144. You never know what Ellerbe and Haymon are up to.

 

There needs to be an initial negotiation before there is a contract, or Manny will be signing on to test 10x a day and fighting with 12oz gloves on at 150 when he thought otherwise.

 

Why do you go back to Koncz when MANNY himself said that he would take the test? It's on to Floyd now to make the fight happen by having his urge at the right time, especially since the non-***** world see him as the ducker in the situation.

 

Because Manny hasn't done anything to back up these statements. Mayweather has stated over and over again that Manny hasn't agreed to full testing. So if Mayweather is lying then why hasn't Arum put him on blast yet? Why is Arum talking about WADA.
