Notice how he started talking much clearer when they stopped asking about the different types of drugs!!! I like Manny but that fish don't swim right!

if Pac takes the HGH within 24 or 14 or 7 days before a fight, is there enough time for it to take effect?

. USADA check for HGH by blood but they have never caught anybody with that procedure.

Known PED may help, question is, can Pac get away with it with everyday urine test and blood test after the fight?

Doesnt matter if Pac is or not using drugs, he has to take the RANDOM tests.

whole point of testing is to prevent you from taking it, if you can get away with it, then make sure you set up cut off dates so you can get rid of it off your system......

    1. OSDT is year round, we're talking of Floyds version

    2. It's not like Pac don't want to give blood samples. Pac's original compromise is for 3 blood test (with unlimited urine test), USADA could take those samples for future testing.

Ok, if you want to be nit picky, then Pacquiao should agree to get tested tomorrow by OSDT for the Mayweather fight. So he can be tested for almost a year

and yeah, Pac will give up those 2 samples, but then he's free to take whatever he wants after the second test. These tests have to be random so they can't prepare to cheat them

    LOL, exactly!

Reporter: Have you ever been around testosterone, or hgh?

Manny: (big gulp) Wah, wah, uh tes-u-rone? I don-na do no drug...uh awl natural.

Reporter: Good to know...Well, what are your plans for 2013.

Manny: 2013 is very important for my political career. I have a plan to make sure that all pinoy people have an adequate supply of fresh, clean water. To quote Ghandi, "There is enough water for human need, but not human greed"

Report: Thats great Manny(tear in eye)...But what do you say to people that have suspicions about you using peds?

Manny: Wah...Uh...no drungs nevah, natural...train hard, and uh chicken, uh beef...wha...peds...i dont understand...

(BTW, im not a pac hater, this **** is funny as hell though! I don't think both sides are less than forthcoming)

Floyd just recently said that he never said that Pacquiao is next...and people shouldn't be putting words in his mouth. It wouldn't make sense for Pac to do it now, don't you agree?

. there's still the unlimited urine test.

No the reporter was trying to insinuate that Ortiz was a tune up and Floyd was telling him that he never said that. Floyd just told the troops in afghan a few days ago that he's working on a contract with Pac

    urine testing doesn't catch everything.

Pac is a cheater man, that video proved it; he didnt agree to anything. Manny has never embrrassed the "Take the Test" campaign like Floyd, Martinez, Khan, Ward, Froch and Donaire. All the top fighters except for one person, we kno what 's going on. SMH, PACROID!

For one thing you're right, "who is floyd to demand extra testing, if he wants to fight me let's fight"

As for the rest, that's just your opinion being a pseudo psychologist expert.

Now my opinion about lil floyd demanding an unwarranted testing, it shows your hero, being a coward that he is, is scared and avoiding to deal with Pac.

I'm wondering if Floyd's backtrack on who's "next" is causing Pac to retaliate with a backtrack of his own. Floyd in one instance says that Pac is next, so Pac responds that there are no more issues with testing. Then Floyd says that people are putting words in his mouth, and Pac subsequently has Kock talk about the 14-day window.

Screw it, Floyd should end his career with this fight, and Pac should go one and done with Sergio.
