Mayweather has the defensive reflexes, hand speed, and ring IQ.

 

I dont see really anything that Pacquiao does better then Mayweather. The only thing I can think is that he has more power. other then that everything else s Mayweather. footwork could be close

Yeah you can give that one to Pacquiao but Mayweather is way more accurate so he doesnt have to throw that many punches

His jab isnt as powerful compared to him fighting orthdox fighter
He rarely throws the pull counter his favorite move.
His bread and butter shoulder roll to counter isnt used
His high guard is open for the straight left and body shots.
He has a higher aresnal of moves when he fights orthodox fighters.
He rarely throws his potshot jab another favorite and effective move
He likes to counter off peoples jab, which pac rarely uses.
Fights forward against southpaws and rarelly moves back to counter

 

Pac throws way more punches so he doesn't have to be that accurate

 

Pacquiao is the better Brawler though its hard to get mayweather to brawl.

 

pacquiao is a better puncher, combination puncher, bettter intangibles, better offensive fighter in general. Floyd is a better defensive fighter, etc. Its not so much who has the 'skill' advantage, it comes down to styles / habits, etc.
