    that is EXACTLY what i was thinking the entire time I was watching him. He trains himself pretty much.

    this workout was techincally only open to Media, and Media + Celebs are not a great combination

    I also saw Zab. I also noticed Mayweather jabbing really high also and people were giving Ortiz **** because he was doing the same thing...
