You seem to have made this a thread about women only get chosen for sports journalist roles if they are good looking, which of course is highly sexist in it's own right, most men on camera would be considered well groomed & handsome I don't recall seeing the girl all the drama is about but if she's attractive good for her, I also have no reason to doubt her bona fides as a sports journalist
WOR what i am saying is that women who have the credentials and qualifications to be sports reporters only get employed if they are good looking. JUST because they are Good looking isn't why they are employed They have to be educated and qualified and Good looking show me where all the qualified, educated ugly reporters are
some men yes but i can list many men who are overweight and not attractive who get jobs but not too many women if any on TV
I really can't quantify as to what you deem ugly, I'd put it to you that there really aren't that many female sports journos anyway, there are the obvious ex athletes who specialize in certain sports, Nicole Livinstone springs to mind, she must be mid thirties, a mother, most on here who are used to shagging super models won't rate her, however I think she is attractive, articulate, sassy & obviously knows her stuff
Not what I deem ugly what do you deem ugly what female sports reporters do you think are ugly I would say 99% are very well educated, articulate, well qualified for the job and do a wonderful job at that However they are also all pleasing to the eye. women get taken off the air all the time for getting old. people like to watch good looking people on TV and those are the ones employed. just name me a couple of sports reporters that you consider ugly
WOR Just to get this straight what I am saying is To get a job as a sports reporter as a female you need to be. Educated, Qualified and expierienced. They are the most important attributes. But you also need to be good looking. plain and simple. They wouldn't get the job JUST because they are good looking. But they wouldn't get it if they weren't
