For the most part pretty true, adamek is somewhat in a win win situation here, as long as he doesnt get seriously hurt, and I hope he makes all his fans proud.
Kiko Martinez KO Argenis Mendez TKO Vitali Klitschko TKO Pawel Kolodziej KO Paul McCloskey SD Yuriorkis Gamboa TKO Adamek is a warrior and one brave SOB but he is outmatched against the best HW of this decade.
There's no Adamek by UD option but you can use any split between Adamek and the over, or throw it all on one. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=340304 You have 500, and you just enter the numbers next to the outcome and submit.
Time for a little writeup about the most important fight of the weekend between #2 HW Vitali Klitschko and #3 HW Tomasz Adamek. Lot's has been said already about this fight, but the question actually is; "Can Adamek stay upright up until the end?" If the answer is "yes" he does have a decent chance, because of his movement, workrate and the fight taking place in Poland. After seeing the training vids he doesn't have to hope Vitali turning old overnight (or it really has to happen overnight) or Vitali not taking his opponent seriously, cause obviously he does. The biggest problem for Tomasz in this bout is what I call the "Scotty syndrome"... He just "hasn't got the power" at heavyweight... This is why he can't stop Vitali in his tracks, has to punch and move from the start of round 1 until the end of round 12 and don't get caught by too many of Vitali's (big) punches. Klitschko's biggest problem is he has shown problems with quick and moving fighters since his comeback, so he has to cut of the ring better and try to nail Tomasz to the ropes. If he can't he may have a problem with the judges I guess, but if he can I don't believe it won't even go there. I expect an exciting fight with both having a high punchoutput for heavies. Vitali constanly taking the middle of the ring and Tomasz constantly boxing around him, left to right/right to left. Klitschko will eventually be able to walk Adamek down due to lack of punchingpower and reach, and win by T/KO. Vitali Klitschko by T/KO 7th or 8th round.
Kiko Martinez is no longer defending his European 122lb title against Carl Frampton. There is a replacement opponent for Frampton and a vacant Commonwealth title on the line.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wySq3yPrfx0[/ame] :happy :happy :happy Okay, so we're NOT picking the Frampton and Afolabi fights, is that correct? In case, Kirk my man, please add Klitschko UD, Gamboa TKO, Mendez UD (might change that) and McCloskey UD Also, I have This content is protected on Vitali, any brave Adamek takers?
Vitali's looking like he means business. In absolutely fantastic shape. Anyone know if their fight will be same time as McCloskey/Prescott? Would suck.
