green should move on and fight the polish guy or shane he is not going to pay tarver a million dollars again to come to OZ and beat his ase.
problem is Wlodarczyk OD'd on anti-depressants on 22 July and might not be fit to fight. Although it would increase Greeny's chances of winning.
yeah i just saw all that controversy with tarver and that little hoodrat he was seeing on the sly. I just think its a tad hypocritical when people dont believe a word green says, then believe everything tarver says to a tee. they are both public identities, who will twist situations to make themselves look better and downplay the others co operations. I dont think it will happen , tarver will want the same or more than he was paid the first time around and he wants it in aus, whereas green wont want to fork out that amount of cash, as the first fight wasnt as successful as he thought it would be. Both parties should just move on, green should try to win another belt and then negotiate with tarver again for a "unification", it would give him more bargaining power and create more interest imo.
Green wants fight in US so he wont have pressure of promoting fight. Its DG whole business putting that fight on last time, he is self promoted. Sure he has guys like his manager and co looking after it, but its DG who still has to sign off things verbally or otherwise, bcus at the end of the day its his biz. So that would have been lots of pressure which can make it hard. If its in the US Green would get Aus PPV and still make just about as much anyhow. Whereas if in Aus he has the promotion again and it makes it tough fight. If Tarver dont want it in the US then Green can look elsewhere, plenty of easier options which will still sell. Not saying for one minute I know it all, but once again many on here carry on like its a school yard fight. Not as easy as that
Easy enough compromise. They fight three more times. Green can be the Oakland Billy Smith to Tarver's Archie Moore.
