    That's a toughie :lol:

    They are certainly comparable IMO....but Langford has much more depth at Heavy as well as starting lighter than Fitz. Whilst not penalising Ruby Robert for being the taller guy, I'll give Langford the credit of having raw power from 135lbs to about 200lbs, although it took him a while to really harness it.

    But Fitz-Maher II in particular would leave me really unsure to the 'rightful' winner :D

    It’s because Pac’s not a complete **** and he’s actually fought the best during his prime at multiple weights. His WW run is very impressive for a guy who started off so light.

    Exactly. Apart from 135, but then he had already faced the guy who went on to dominate the division, and is facing him again.

    I don't think you could really accuse Pac of 'ducking' Casamayor or Campbell either.

    He only had one fight at 135, which was him testing the waters, and he thumped David Diaz pretty conclusively. Then the Oscar fight came up, so off he went. That was it for 135, which was a shame because those would have been amazing fights.

    Campbell, Casamayor, Marquez III… those would have been fascinating, competitive fights. Can’t say he ducked them when he went right on up, beat Oscar into retirement, ended Ricky Hatton’s career, knocked the stuffing out poor Miguel Cotto, made Clottey look terrified, laid a fearsome beating on Margarito, and had Mosley running for his life in a way nobody ever had.

    Even if the 147-154 opposition hasn’t been the absolute crème de la crème, considering where he started and the manner in which he won, the guy’s a marvel.
