It talent were the issue Vitali =#2 GOAT, Wlad=Goat.

But then again that's if it's based purely off talent. There are those little things called ring generalship, grit, determination, and chin.

In that sense ALI=GOAT, and not just b/c he said he was.

Neither of the above are the greatest heavyweight of all time , and Ali is my favourite boxer.

    Its the brown bomber.

This is the difference between ali and vitali. One is proven against the kind of names mentioned in this thread. One is not.

I don't care what judge say. Vitali-byrd was competitive with the momentum favouring chris. I had it 5-4 vitali at the stoppage.

Likewise ali got an absolute gift in the rubber with kenny and from 76 onwards ali was not the man of the division.

    Yeah Vit has no talent.

Foreman is one of my all time favs but to deny that he was no more than a crude slugger is lying.

Im confused by your response , because I say talent , that then means Vtali as none?

Vtali is the best of his era , and that is all you can ask of any boxer . I just see the talent pool when Ali fought being a lot deeper.

To call Foreman a crude slugger is just plain ignorant .

vitali beats liston.this would be the easiest of the 3.liston's famed jab wouldn't be enough against a man as big and tough as vitali, especially as liston was never made of iron himself, physically or mentally

vitali stops frazier.as good and tough as joe was guys like foreman and vitali or lennox lewis will always beat his style.he was very undersized compared to those guys and couldn't go backwards,a recipe for disaster against vitali

foreman is a 50/50.both like to mix it up,both are massive hitters with iron chins and both have similar tools i.e a good jab, good defence (old foreman did anyway)....who ever can maintain their energy and stamina into the later rounds wins this imo

i dont know enough about norton to judge this fairly so im leaving him out

To your information, I did. I had the same score as Joachim Jacobsen and Melvina Lathan. And no, Iam not a Vitali fan. He is after all a steriod cheat.

Like i said earlier Vit loses to all because of nostalgia. And you confirmed exactly what i was talking about.I was being being sarcastic by the way.

You arent going on a head to head basis but going with Nostalgia.

Name one fighter who Vtali has beaten that would beat

    Holmes
    Frazier
    Liston
    Foreman

Also , a prime Vtali's was beaten by a version of Lewis that turned up unfit , unfocused and 38 years old. None of the above in there prime would have been sliced up in 6 rounds.

Size height weight are out the window when it comes fighters from that era. They are all better simply because they fought in a certain era.

    NOSTALGIA.

Plus you have to remember vitali hasn't even dominated his own era.

He's number 3 behind lewis and wlad.
