of course he will but it doesn't make him the best of his era. Does Hearns get credit for beating Duran? hell yes. Does that make him numero uno...

    nope.

no they won't. If he beats Floyd they won't say **** like that. At best, they'll just use Roach's excuse and say Floyd's legs are gone, and I'm sure some will say that. I'll give pac credit though

See this is the same thing as Manny fighting Oscar. Before the fight, Oscar was cherry picking Manny. How was Manny supposed to know that THAT Oscar was gonna show up at fight night. But you yourself said that you can't give Manny credit for that win. Well it's the same with Floyd. People didn't know that a shot to **** Shane was gonna show up, but you can't give Floyd that much credit for that win. Again I say, that same Mosley was a joke fight for Pac.

And I'm sure nobody would have said he ducked Baldomir had he fought Cotto or Margarito.

No disrespect. But that is, without a doubt, 100% complete bull****. Your telling me that if he fought Margacheato and never fought Baldomir that nobody would have said he was ducking Baldo. You know that ain't true.

Maybe you're right, but Baldomir should in no way be considered a big win.

And that's where the issue comes in... He's called a big ducker if he doesn't take the fight, but gets no credit when he does and completely outclasses his opponent.

Not both ways only Floyd. Pacquiao is willing to fight Floyd. While Floyd is something like,

    Before:"PAC, you're next"
Now:"I never said [PAC would be next] at all. So please, don't put words in my mouth"

The **** they come up with!!! Other posters won't call them out on their bull**** but as soon as a Floyd fan says something remotely stupid they are all over it.

Yeah against Baldomir :patsch And a big reason people **** on that fight was also his performance. He had a guy completely outclassed in that fight, but did nothing to make the fight exciting. He was happy to cruise to a UD. A lot of people left the fight while the fight was still going on. That's part of the criticism he gets for that fight. Had he gone and TKO'd the guy, he would have gotten so much more credit.
