Kayode's showing more boxing skill and rhythm than I've seen from him in the past.

    Round 2

Several wild flapping-in-the-wind jabs by Kayode rushing forward as Cora peels out to the ropes. Cora paws with his right jab while backing up, and is able to maneuver out of the corner by squaring his knees up to rip forth a left uppercut to the chest. Cora keeps as far outside as possible, skirting the ropes and popping his jab and stopping at the corners to buy himself a safe turn with a step-through left uppercut. Kayode chases and blocks most of Cora's southpaw 1-2 attack, while drilling right hands over the top and crashing into Cora's guard.

Cora is cut, and it is ruled to be from a legal shot. The replay shows a butt.

    20-18 Kayode

edit: Smoger actually reversed his ruling after reviewing the instant replay! Antonio Tarver left the broadcast table to tell him to look!!!

Gotta admit, Kayode looks a little better than usual. The cut was a clash of heads, thats why Kayode backed off there.

    Round 2 - Kayode

Kayode won the round off aggression and power body punching. He was able to dictate the pace again. I thought Cora was able to land some combos when Kayode was on the ropes or would cover up in a shell.

    Round 3

Cora is still coming forward, and is throwing more punches to continue his increased activity from round 2. Mostly just rowing the air or hitting Kayode on the wrists, but Cora is putting in work. BIG RIGHT HAND to the face by Kayode, thrown hard and at an incline from below Cora's field of vision as he was jabbing high. That stunned him. Cora now backs up a little and lines up a nice lead left hand to the face. Cora moves in and out while surrounding Kayode and paws with his right jab. Kayode surges forward and bashes him with straight rights and uppercuts against the ropes. Cora covers up and escapes, but takes a bit of a licking to the back and sides.

    30-27 Kayode

    Round 3 Kayode
Kayode banging to the body and stopping Cora in his tracks at times, also landed nice right on Cora as he was moving back. Kayode has dominated the action again. Cora is doing some nice work in blocking most of the work and turning Kayode, but not enough to win the round.

I'm usually against commentator intercession (like Teddy Atlas jumping on the ring apron yelling "Stop the fight!") but that was a good call by Tarver. :good

    Respectful, low-key and non-disruptive, and 100% correct.

    Round 4

Kayode is patiently waiting behind his high earmuffs while Cora trickles out right jabs at him, and opening up with all sorts of heavy power punches with his right behind the jab as Cora steps off the gas - keeping Cora on his toes but not touching him much. Cora flurries and lands a few right hooks and left uppercuts while pressing Kayode into the corner. Very hard looping left by Cora. Kayode throws a 1-2 into the guard, with Cora slinking against the ropes.

    10-9 Cora

    39-37 Kayode

    round 4 - Cora

I gave the round to Cora based of his solid left that buckled Kayode's knees, that and that Cora was able to neutralize Kayode's output and work him to the body and head.

    Kayode 39-37

Kayode is decent, but I feel like he's missing something. I think Cora Jr. can beat him with a hard punch.
