Profile: ( 01/10/2011 ) (Stats will be updated every now and then) Full Name: Juxhin Dyrmishi Brigjaj Height: 1.70m Weight: 63kg Age: 16 Experience: Light training Kickboxing for 7 months ( Nothing Serious ) Heavy Boxing training for 9 Months ( Very serious ) Goals: ~ Increase my endurance by alot (Reached) ~ Increase handspeed/power (Reached) ~ Till i get my first fight (May 5th & June have kickboxing fights but will continue until my first Boxing fight) Wednesday 31st August '11( 9 AM ): ~ 20 Mins fast pace running with a few sprint bursts ~ 3x3 Round shadowboxing with 2Kg weights ~ 200 Ab work ~ 3x3 Rounds Punching bag ~ 200 ab work ~ 2x3 Round Skip rope Note: today wanted to mainly do some fitness, not much technique at all apart from that bit of shadowboxing for some easy footwork. Did a few pads for 2 beginners and they really enjoyed it ( 7 PM ) ( Light Training ): ~ 5 Minutes Shadowboxing ~ 4 Touch combos x10 ( Abwork/Floorwork ) ~ 300 Regular Abwork ~ 1 set ; - 10 Burpees - 10 Pushups - 10 One leg squats - 10 Regular squats Note: just a quick training just to do that little bit extra than i usually would. A little let down i only did 1 Set, ill be aiming to do 3 next time. Overall was pleasent
Thursday 1st Septembre: ( 5PM - 7:30PM ) ~ 2x3 Rounds Skiprope ~ 2 Rounds shadowboxing ~ 1 Round shadowboxing with 2Kg Weights ~ 1 Round Speedball ~ 5 Minutes skiprope Note: Uncomfortable training due to the floor being slippery since it was an evening session and floor was sweaty (Thats why i love morning training). Very happy, coach Brown was amazed by me and asked how long ive been training, after i replied he was speechless and said that i was going to become a great fighter. Made my day, surely going to motivate for tomorrow morning at 7am
Friday 2nd : ~ 4x3 Skippingrope ~ 3x1 Floor plank ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing ~ 2x3 Punching Bag ~ 1x3 Heavybag Sets of 3; - 5 Tuck Jumps - 5 Pushups Sets of 3; - 5 Burpees - 5 Pushups - 5 Double Leg Squat Thrust - 5 Crunches ~ 300 Abwork ( Floorwork ) ( Sets of 50 ) 4 Touch Combo x10; - Side Situp - Other side situp - Situp - Inner situp Set; - 10 Pushups - 5s Break - 9 Pushups - 5s Break ... - 1 Pushup - 5 seconds hold Note: Very good intense fitness training, improved alot regarding heavybag. Very happy i managed to take the sets up to x3 instead of x1 like last time and i did more work with them to, seeing quite an improvement.
Saturday 3rd: ~ 3x3 Rounds Shadowboxing ~ 3 Laps; - Squat Jump - Jump forward ~ 3x3 Punching bag ~ 15 Mins Skipping rope ~ 300 Abwork ~ 15 Burpees ~ 2x3 Sparring Note: Did some nice sparring, been like 2 months since the last time ive sparred. Wanted to do more rounds but the other guy was to tired after the session, overall very nice session.. worked harder than usual on the rope
Monday 5th: ~ 4x3 Skipping Rope ~ 4x1 Floor Plank ~ 4x3 Shadowboxing ~ 2x3 Heavybag Set; - 10 Pushups - 5s Break - 9 Pushups - 5s Break ... - 1 Pushup - 5s Hold ~ 300 Abwork ( Sets of 50 ) ~ 4 Touch combo abwork x10 ; - Side situp - Other side situp - Situp - Inner situp Note: Nothing really hard just a regular session, did an interesting excercise on the heavybag. Since i could only hit with 1 hand (due to hand injury) he put the glove under my elbow and told me to never drop it (This forces you to keep your right hand up). Was harder than i imagined but really worked.
Tuesday 6th: ( No Training ) Note: Just couldn't wake up from bed, gym is closed for 3 days, probably will train at the other gym with my coach for a bit.
Wednesday 7th ~ 3x3 Fast Skiprope ~ 3x1 Floor Plank ~ 3x3 Special Shadowboxing 2 Sets; ( 30 Seconds Each ) - Crunches - Pushups - Squat jumps forward - Dumpbell Punches - Jumping Jacks - Squat jumps forward - Double leg thrust squat - Single leg thrust squat - Squat jumps forward - Medicine Ball Side twists - Crunches Abwork; 3 Touch combo x10 - Bicycle Left - Bicycle Right - Scissors touch heel 4 Touch combo x10 - Side situp - Other side situp - Situp - Inner Situp Note: Very intense training, really enjoyed it. Was alone in the gym which was very good and comfortable to train.
Friday 9th: ~ 1x3 Skiprope ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing ~ 5x3 Floor To Ceiling Bag Note: Wasn't fit at all today. Must have been 1 of those bad days. Worked hard with my coach to increase speed. Tried reaching a 21 Hit Combo.
Saturday 10th: ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 3x1 Floor Plank ~ 30 Minutes Technique work ( Headwork + Footwork ) ~ 2x3 Floor to ceiling bag ~ 400 Abwork Note: It was a nice technique session. Im improving alot on the speedbag and now going to move to some heavybag again.
Monday 12th: ~ 1x3 Shadowboxing ( Warm Up ) ~ 3x3 Heavy, Floor to Ceiling bag ~ Flight of stairs ( Approx 50 ) x8 ~ 20 Minutes pads Note: Strange how long this session took to finish around 2 hours total. Polish coach trained me, told me to come again but he wasn't to good and the gym kicked him out.
Tuesday 13th: ( No Training) Did a bit of shadow boxing and sprints ealier: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5hBDyAjpFc&feature=channel_video_title[/ame] Note: Overtrained yesterday, coach advised me to take a day off. Tomorrow i'll be aiming for a busy workout session.
Wednesday 14th: ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing ~ 3x3 Punching bags ~ 1x3 Skiprope ~ 400 Abwork ~ 1x3 Ring Footwork Note: Regular session, nothing to special. Spent all my shadowboxing dedicated to footwork.
