    If you can remember,this is the fight that roy jones wanted after he beat trinidad.De la hoya at a catch weight of 166.I myself can't really see jones making 166 comfortably he hadn't fought that low in some 12 years.De la hoya may have actaully been the more vibrant fighter,like pacquaio was against him.So who would have won?

    Oscar couldnt even handle sturm at 160 when he was prime, let alone later at 166 vs anyone.

    Ban?This was a fight that was discussed in 2008,it even was mentoined by max kellerman.Who are you to say someone should be banned for asking who would win a fight?Man please.

    Ok not ban and I wasn't reffering to you just delete the thread :good This would have never have happened ..And you know Oscar couldn't fight above 154..This is foolishness now ..

    Oscar said when he was coming up that his dream was to ultimately fight Roy Jones at168. Unfortunately 160 turned out to be as far as he could go and Roy's career hit the skids around that time too, so it never was to be.

    There was never any chance of it happening after Roy had been KTFO. Roy was just desperate for a payday in saying that, Oscar was chasing smaller fighters and would never have considered it.

    He was not prime when he fought Sturm at 160. Not even close.
