rios is still annoying to me....

 

Rios acts like my cousin hes funny but he does it in way that hes a bit of a dick.

 

I found it rather funny

My brother on the other hand wants him to die. Rios is a love him or hate him sorta guy

 

but its not about realness you can be real and not be an *******. I dont mind rios cus i grew up with my cousin that acts like him but it gets annoying after a while. You cant do anything about though thats just the way they are.

 

it's just that he tries too hard to be funny and it comes off as annoying.... nothing against him as a fighter...just that if he wants to be a future superstar in boxing, he's going to need a speech/comedy coach... :rofl:good

 

Thats just how Rios is Margo said something about that i remember, about Rios being too loud and annoying he's just naturally like that and margo had to get used to him.

 

I find Rios annoying, but he has a point. Subtle blocks, slips, rolls, etc. can do a lot to minimize damage, even of some contact is made and the bobs & weaves aren't completely clean Whitaker highlight reels. His defense isn't elite, but he's hardly a dumb fighter with "no defense." That's just the ignorance who don't understand the nuances within the spectrum of the sport.

 

Kind of similar to Oscars parrying skills. He didnt have the best defense but you never saw Oscar that busted up (aside from the pacquiao fight).
