The problem is Quon is a bum, definition of a bum really. There's no threat from Quon what so ever.

He's not a bum, he's probably a half decent bantam in Australia or wherever he's from.

A European class (location aside) 122lb'er he isn't.

Frampton was professional in there, I think it was a good thing Martinez pulled out. Fight him not the next fight but 2 fights down the line.

I personally felt sorry for Quon. Must be horrible getting bashed up by Steven Gately.

Martinez would have knocked him out tonight, anyone half decent would have looked good against Quon. Frampton is still untested and we wont know if he is the real deal until he starts fighting and beating better Opponents.

Impressive but he is nowhere near ready to fight Martinez. 2 or 3 fights he could be ready, he should go after the winner of Quigg/Booth. If Arthur is still fighting then that would be a good fight for him.

Quon would struggle to get in the top 10 UK super bantams, but he wasn't terrible. A slight step down from the likes of Turley and Voronin and the fight shouldn't have had the Commonwealth title attached to it, but you can't expect much more from such a late sub (especially with him being the 3rd choice I believe?).

Frampton didn't make it any tougher than it had to be and deserves credit for that.

Frampton much more relaxed, took his time and done the business.
