I agree with everything you say here, including the pink limo...

Ortiz is being counted out as an after thought by all of boxing, and IMO he's gonna be the most live and energetic opponent Floyd has faced in many YEARS.

Floyd better not **** around and slip against this dude.

By the way let's not forget about two other fighters who looked good in camp and extremely ripped...Antonio Margarito & Zab Judah in their last fights...can you say starched...

I don't recall them being undefeated Welters and 24 years old.
Victor is peaking at the right time mentally and physically.

First of all Victor isn't undefeated, he has a DQ, a tko loss and a draw, his best win is against a fighter whom everyone said was a hype job even before he fought him, he looked the same as he always has against Berto and he was dropped twice, he has no jab, knows only one way to fight, inexperienced, has only one fight at welter-weight and he seems to think he's better than he really is...

But you continue to sell yourself the dream of him winning...

You continue to sell yourself that Floyd is that good. I'm not denying him being incredibly talented and skilled in his prime. You just can't ignore the body of work and what is missing. Clearly he is avoiding the best trying to make the same money fighting lesser because to some degree large or small his team believes they are tough fights and they passed on them.
If he was what you believed those fights would have happened and the victories would exist on his resume.
In reality he retired. You don't get better in boxing getting older and retiring 2x. There is also enough to break down and look at to see a decline and a vulnerability.
If not for Manny believe me he would be facing Spadafora. Yes this is handpicked but for the first time the picking is from a smaller pool. All in the pool including Ortiz pose a serious threat to him at 147 at 34 w/ serious inactivity. Every action has an effect. By retiring to let the tough fights happen without him the skills decline. Victor is the benefactor of Manny, Margarito and Cotto.

Bradley was the right tune up. His power is diminished at WW and he is small. Instead he has to face a peaking fighter who put nearly every opponent in his last 15 + on the canvas at least 1x. Risky tune up which is why I love the fight. Dumb choice and he is gonna lose.

I've already said this is another thread but on 24/7 Ortiz looked like he was gonna puke after 10 rounds of sparring.

why does he shoot his jab so high? what's he aiming for? he's even taller than mayweather and yet he shoots it like he's fighting a klitchko.

Working out his arm endurance. That way it'll be stronger and his jabbing hand should still be kept high later in the fight.
