Povetkin is now the 3rd best heavy. Just has the best resume and nobody has come close to beating him. I bet Vitali wish he had some of the names on Povetkin's resume, ie Chambers, Byrd and Chagaev. Chambers when he beats Thompson is a lock then for 4th best in the division. Then Helenius who may have the best chance of stopping a Klitschko but not for 2 years. Then maybe Haye.
Ok, if Haye is that much better, have him fight Vitali then. Let's watch that little ****** break a toe from running in the ring so much. Let's see if he wobbles Vitali
anyone who dosnt mount an offence can easily make an opponent miss...when will use haye ****tards get that thru your ****ing heads...so again if adamak fought like haye he would have survived the 12 rounds...
someone talking sense for once too many peoples opinion here is determined by who's the nice guy!! Haye lasted to the 12th and Wlad was bruised!! Tired of hearing how 'brave' Adamek was last night and how he's a proud warrior who did the Polish proud!! which part of getting spanked like a ***** makles you a warrior!!
bull****!! if you're a world class fighter over the course of 12 rounds you should be able to close down the ring and take out your opponent!! thats like saying anybody could have lasted with iron mike in his prime as long as they dony mount an offence!! nah mate haye's head movement and elusiveness constantely made wlad miss and at times look clumsy!!
:think So by your logic - Tillis, Green, Smith and Tucker were greater fighters than David Haye? That's probably true but good for you for admitting it too.
I think both did the best they could do in their own way aganst 2 of the biggest and hardest hittng heavies ever. Haye abviously has better skills than Adamek, but Adamek did seem a little braver in some instances. While both performances were dissapointing, neither man should be ashamed imo, and this war between which nation has better fighters is really quite sad. We are here for the boxing people....
You make no sense pal, did Adamek launch much offense? Not from what i saw, Haye landed much more yet you say he had no offense? Makes sense doesnt it :nut
No American I know accepts Adamek as "1 of our own," you *******. Adamek wouldn't even crack the Top 20 of all-time American heavyweights. Sadly, England cannot say the same. :deal
dont know exact punch stats from last night..but adamak was trying to get in and throw combos and land something on vitali..haye rarely tryd and decided to try and avoid on the outside all night...
