neither guy really did that much to be honest, should of it been ruled a draw...... what do you think
It wasnt an exciting fight but Wlad jabbed his way to a victory, not every fight has to be an all out war for either fighter to be declared a decisive winner.
Wlad definitely won. Even Haye accepted it. if it was anywhere near a draw Haye would never have let it go.
no wladimir won but there are questions left for me! I still think if haye goes out there with the right gameplan he could beat wladimir!
Not quite a draw, but 10-2 doesn't really tell the story. Wlad definitely won, but didn't exactly dominate him like Floyd-Shane or Pac-Clottey... Haye had the best punch of the fight, and actually damaged Wlad more than Wlad damaged him.
Generally, the champion always gets the nod in evenly matched bouts, but since Haye had a belt and both Haye & Wlad are such a poor champions, I agree that the bout should have been declared as a draw setting the stage for a rematch. Perhaps one or both of the fighters would have found the will to act like fighters in the rematch.
