What do you guys think Adamek should do now? his 34 his still young, does he go back to Cruiserweight, or keep at Heavyweight? He can fight Steve Cunningham, Antonio Tarver, Marco Huck, Denis Lebedev? I personally think Adamek should stay at HW and fight maybe Haye? or the winner of Holyfeild Vs. Povetkin, rematch with Arreola would be good as well. and if Adamek can pull off some wins again he can get another crack at a World title against Wladamir, but only if he beats some of the guys I mentioned above.
I think he should now stay at HW, even shaving back off the 16 pounds might be hard at this point, there's some good fights that are winnable for him. I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Povetkin.
Lots of great fights to be made at cruiserweight. I'd like to see the Cunningham rematch. There are some decent fights at heavy but Adamek should stay away from superheavies who have height and reach and power on him. Cruiserweight is better because there are alot of titles in play. Adamek brings alot of money to the table so he can take his pick.
He should go down to cruiserweight. He's still a very good fighter. At Cruiser, without such big size disadvantage, he will do great.
I think he'll stay at HW. He already beat Arreola. He can hang with all the other top HWs (other than Haye, in my estimation). He could make some nice coin. That, or he should fight Huck at CW. That would be a Big fight.
I don't believe he beats Povetkin, but that would be a pretty good fight. As far as money fights go I think Adamek would do better if he could lure Tarver or Hopkins into the ring with him. Marco Huck is also a big money fight.
Stay in HW, Adamek still can face a lot of guys. He'd kick everyone elses ass. Povetkin, Helenius, etc.
Haye isnt gonna be remotely interested in Adamek...he's not gonna stay active fighting anyone that doesnt hold a belt. He wants a title shot that hes worthy of and the payday that goes with it then retire. Yes I said worthy of..but WAS JOKING!!
may as well stay at heavy... nowadays when champions are too dominant the governing bodies just create new belts to make fights marketable... so he could still easily be a champion without fighting a klit!!
He should retire! I follow Adameks career since back when he was at LHW. His fights were always good to watch (especially those two fights with Paul Briggs). But he took way too many punishment during those years. I think its time to hang em up, he made about 5 Million Dollar for this fight enough money to have a comfortable life with his family. And in Poland, regardless of that loss he is a superstar and very popular!
Another thing.. why not bulk up to 230 and get a new trainer? Look at all the other fat ****s. Adamek would still look good. Can't beat'em, join'em. Call Vitali, they're buddies. They should spar. VK could prepare for Haye and Adamek could learn a thing or two.
