A few years back he said 'I'm from a tough working class area, fights all the time it's the sorta place you just walk into fights. Lads drinking on the street up to no good'. Goes to show he chats a load of bollocks and today summed that up.

Don't get me wrong, it's no <insert the name of a quiet, affluent area> but it's hardly the ****ing Bronx.

Coincidently, I also lived in an area nicknamed "The Bronx" until I was 14, now that makes Clev's hometown look like an episode of Countryfile.

 

Good point earlier about what Clev should say to Bellew:

"I've won every belt - British, Commonwealth, European and World at a younger age than you. You've been knocked down three times in your last three fights and have always been at least two steps behind me. I'm younger than you. What makes you think you can beat me? Big punch? Who's the best person you've beaten never mind KO'd? McKenzie? Oh ok then"

Bellew would do his ****ing nut. Its all true he has no more than a punchers chance - but he couldn't KO Ajisafe so how is he going to KO a 'world' champion? My money's on Clev despite his **** bandanas and **** music.

Theres one thing this shows imo is that the father - son, trainer - fighter relationship isnt a good one in most cases. clevs da was rattled as a parent there and not a trainer and that clouds someones vision no end. it might not cost them on this ocassion because as much as tony is a good lad and sound to post on here, form obviously points to a cleverly victory. however can you imagine if frank pulled it off and he got hopkins? he would **** with vince so much he would try it on b-hop and get k'od fast

It was me mate, the truth is great cos its the truth lol. Bellew needs to be told it cos at the moment he thinks he is rjj and pulling off masterclasses when in reality he won a dull fight with negative tactics.

 

what is it with tony bellew? why is he so aggressive and shouting his mouth off all the time? as far as i know there's no history between the two of them.
