    I hope this fight does materialize. What a war that would be Kirkland against Angulo, two heavy handed sluggers that do not know how to take a step back.

    I meant more specifically fight of the card (meaning Soto vs. Matthysse would be better), but come to think of it there is potentially stiff competition from around the globe that day/night.

    really....dont see how getting caught cold really changes how people see this fight playing out....kirkland took bobs from vera, and julio like nothing...and they're quicker which is what always troubles guys sometimes....kirkland knows he's gonna get hit vs perro, so i dont think we'll see any flash knockdowns or quick knockouts.....think it'll be a pretty lenghty fight with the main agressor pulling out a late tko victory....

    I don't know about Kirkland he's looked shaky ever since leaving Wolfe. I realize anyone can be caught cold but I can't shake that Ishida fight out of my mind. That was a terrible TKO loss from a guy who isn't a banger. With that said with Angulo's legal problems in the states I don't know what he's been up to?

    I'm more interested in Soto Mathysse that sounds ****ing SICK! Mathysse to me is at the top of the division. Soto facing him would be awesome.

    Angulo would just tear Kirkland's head off, it won't even be close.

    Good fight and exposure for Angulo though.

    I'm sure Mathysse would be happy in Mexico as he kept getting robbed in USA

    sucks it has to be in mexico but kirkland is a warrior. should be a fantastic night of boxing. I got kirkland via tko.
