    Koncz' opinions hold as much value as Senior's, as far as I'm concerned. And I've not seen these interviews where he's supposedly ducked questions (probably stuttering to give answers in English). What I have seen and heard, are Arum saying Manny will take the tests. As well Manny himself saying "No more issues" (1:45):

    floyd is fast catching up and at the rate that he is going he would be at the top very soon. don't worry dela hoya also ranks high on the list.

    I remember the shirt, This is the same day they had the Pac-Marquez press confrence. I don't know if this is before or after the comments made about Mayweather "isn't the commission" though.

    Even so it is relatively close to this date, which is very positive sign.

    But what's important, is that the testing thing is not an issue any more.

    Thinking about it again though, Manny saying that testing isn't an issue can also mean that he is willing to accept 14days. It doesn't automatically mean that Manny would accept no cut off date.

    Manny once said that they'd agreed to all of Mayweather's demands, and that ended up meaning a 7 day cutoff. You can't trust Team Pacquiao. I'll believe it when he signs the damned contract!

    I looked at the dates of the videos. Manny saying testing wasn't an issue was uploaded 2 days before him saying Mayweather isn't the commission. I am holding out hope that they have been negotiation behind the scenes which is what has sparked Manny being more defensive.

    For all the ridiculous things Floyd says why did he kept quiet and just laugh like an idiot and not even answer some of the funny stuff Conan said? He should have just played along. It was just awkward him laughing when they were looking for an answer. Like the guy who asked about Sharon Osbournes tits.
