You just copied my Thread idiot but you reversed it :rofl:rofl:rofl
By the way, Pac has been training half of his camp in the Philippines way back so this thread miserably failed. On the other hand, Floyd will demand Pac to train solely in the US to duck him again. :deal:deal:deal

That's even more humiliating because after he tells it to mainstream media, he still has the guts to backtrack on his words. You know.. the famous line, he didn't say it, don't put words on his mouth? Remember that? He has no shame whatsoever.

    +1 :yep

Bro, don't be surprised too if one of these days, we would also hear that they demand that Manny should only train inside the Mayweather gym under the supervision of Floyd Jr and Roger.. :hey .. and must be closely guarded by his bodyguards 24/7.

This is getting really ******ed. What is next? Pac can only eat foods that are approved by Floyd? Train only when Floyd says so?

Top Rank's Bob Arum, who promotes Pacquiao (and promoted Mayweather for most of his career before an ugly falling out), told me the other day that he sees no reason why it can't happen next.

"Manny has taken the position that he would agree to unlimited testing," Arum said. "It is a non-f------ issue."

But the question of which agency would handle the testing might be. Mayweather currently uses the United States Anti-Doping Agency to handle testing for his fights. He has been randomly tested -- and required his opponents, such as Ortiz and Shane Mosley, to also be randomly tested -- for his recent bouts.

Arum said he and Pacquiao have no issue with USADA testing but maintain that any testing "should be done under the overall umbrella of the state commission" where the proposed fight would take place.

There has been some talk from the Mayweather camp about wanting Pacquiao to train exclusively in the United States so he could be under USADA's jurisdiction. However, Pacquiao lives in the Philippines (where he serves in that country's congress) and usually spends the first half of his training camp there before relocating for the second part of his camp, to trainer Freddie Roach's Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, Calif.

Arum said the World Anti-Doping Agency, essentially the umbrella agency over USADA, would have to handle Pacquiao's testing in the Philippines.

"The testing would have to be done by WADA, which means when Manny trains in the Philippines, whoever they use in Asia to do the testing would do it," Arum said. "When Manny is training in the United States, they would use USADA. WADA gets the agency to supervise the testing in the Philippines. But the point is, it all has to be done under the overall authority of the boxing commission wherever you have the fight."

Even though Pacquiao is now apparently willing to do the unlimited random testing, Arum still wasn't convinced the fight would happen.

"I'm not optimistic," Arum said. "I think Mayweather will look for a way not to do the fight. I smell the initial drum beat of 'You're not allowed to train in the Philippines' because of [who oversees] the testing. Once Mayweather says that, he can go f--- himself. Then it becomes a major political issue when he says Manny can't train in his home country. Besides, nobody would subject themselves to that type of restriction."

BOB Arum knows KFC very much. What excuse will Floyd comes up with next?

everyone knows Pac gets taxed to death if he trains in the US longer than what he usually does.

    Even Mayweather knows this.

Not saying I believe Arum, but how would Floyd's 5 remaining fans twist this if Mayweather was in fact adding the stipulation Manny has to train in the states?

Makes sense. He's not saying WADA should do the testing, just whichever WADA-sanctioned independant body with juristiction to do it in the Phillipines when Manny trains there. USADA would do the testing in the US. Logically and logistically it's the only way to go. If Mayweather refuses this, he's a scared punk *****.

This fight ain't happening until pac gets his finances in order, he wants 50/50 like floyd but floyd his own boss, pac won't be getting anything close to 50/50 once arum takes his huge slice of the purse from him.

Pac said testing ain't an issue money is, but this is more to do with what he will be getting from arum rather than floyd.

    You read it here first.

So, Arum wants the Asia WADA based agency to do the testing when Pac is overseas, then wants USADA to do it when Pac is in America, but overseen by the state athletic commission of whatever state the fight is in?

Sounds like alot of BS tome, but whatever. Something tells me Pac is going to train in the Phillipines for longer than usual this time....

or you can just let the NSAC test them like they usually do.

No other boxers seem to have a problem with this when they fight in Vegas.
