It seems like you're always trying to find ways to cut corners. A test...is a test and it should be taken in its original format - the same drill Mosley went through. He didn't get a cutoff date and he didn't train in Africa. If you can't or won't follow the protocol then put an end to the negotiation once and for all. i fail to see the problem here unless the testing procedures done by WADA is different to USDA and **** it even if its USDA can't they just extend their testing too in the philippines?
