  2. So you're basically saying Briggs should fight Wlad?

    I've got mixed feelings on it. I don't think Haye's really got a great record at heavyweight, but who has? The guy who should be fighting the Klitschkos - Povetkin - is fighting Holyfield instead. There aren't many options out there, and there seems to be some genuine dislike from Vitali's end. I wouldn't mind seeing Vitali knock Haye out either.

    Having said that, his last two performances should result in him having to actually earn another title shot. Instead he's going to walk right into one, and to make it worse guys like Steve Bunce are already beginning the same "Haye's got this" propaganda. It'll be another Sky Box Office PPV, with neverending hype for Haye on Sky Sports News etc.

    If it does happen, I hope Vitali brutalises him.

    OK. But at the end of the day, despite the loss, Haye is still clearly number 3 in the division, no? It's not like Wlad blew him out of there in 2 rounds a la Martinez/Williams. Haye was very dissappointing but that is only with respect to the bull **** he spouted. Had he kept his mouth shut pre-fight I think people would have said he gave Wlad the mos trouble anyone has for a long time.

    I thought Haye did pretty well against Wlad the number 1, Therefor a shot at the number 2 hardly seems like such a massive injustice as people make out.

    I want to see him get knocked out so yes,the problem is we have to listen to the twat talk trash 24/7 and then after being beat will make nothing but excuses.
    Strange seeing as some on here said if he lost to Wlad he wouldnt make excuses.
    I also wouldnt mind seeing him face Arreola in what I think would be an exciting fight.

    Yes, but he should only get a 10/90 split....the 10% going to him.

    @earl

    I couldn't give a 'castlemaine xxxx' either, but I know it would burn Haye. He shouldn't be allowed to talk himself into even money

    I would rather see Haye against a top 10 for a competitive fight
