yes, but the *******s claim it's floyd with all the demands and road blocks...they quickly forget how pac hatton almost didn't come off because pac refused to fight for 50/50....wanted the bigger slice....refused to fight til they got 52/48

And Manny can get a tattoo... of course, he can, and he has. So what?

...refuse OSDT... Of course, he can. There is a proper Commission to oversee that every fighter is protected and the playing field is even. But just to satisfy Mayweather and for the fight to happen, Pacquiao already conceded and went on record that he will now go through OSDT without cut-off? :huh Isn't that something that we should all celebrate about?

... he's frightened of needles .... Now, I've been browsing the internet for the longest time now to look for any video or audio recording but never saw or heard one that showed Pacquiao indeed personally said that he's afraid of needles. He's not afraid of needles. Only you and some other fools keep bringing it up like a broken record. Who said it? Arum and/or Koncz. But, are they Pacquiao?

... and still his fans lap up that he's legit... Sad for you, Bro, but Pacquiao is legit in the truest sense of the word. The whole world know that. (And btw, so is Mayweather. IMHO I truly believe that FMJ is the most talented boxer of all time. :good)

He's referring to pre-fight testing( The day/night before, and the hours before,) Post fight is fine.

To OP: How is that a duck excuse? Are you ******ed? He's a Filipino who has a lot of obligations in the Philippines. Because of his growing duties, he has trained there for the first half of his training for at least his last 5 fights, before Floyd was even in the picture. If he were to do it again, how the hell is that a duck?

If anything, Floyd making a demand against this is ANOTHER road block set.

    You're a ****ing ******, OP.

Arum said he and Pacquiao have no issue with USADA testing but maintain that any testing "should be done under the overall umbrella of the state commission" where the proposed fight would take place.

if you canont see the arum double-speak, you are *******ed
so now, he wants the commission to do it, the commision that said testing above and beyond their standard is fine and contractually negotiable, but it's ok for usada to handle it, but only in america...and it's ok for wada to have another wada affiliate to do it in asia...but, the nsac has to be in charge...although the NSAC already said, and has done in the past with mosley, and is doing with ortiz, allowing usada, (following wada protocol) to handle testing

so arum wants a commission to do something they don't do?

He said he wants the commision for whichever state the fight is happening to oversee the tests. He never said he wants the commision itself to conduct the testing. Learn to read. :patsch

i think you need to learn to read....i never said a commission would administer testing, or that arum asked for that...but he did ask for them to do something that they don't do...AND, he is asking WADA to do something they don't do (have a state commission run their international org)

    arum double speak

YOU'RE AN IGNORAMUS :-( Nobody said that any State Commission will dictate WADA/USADA what to do. Arum is just saying that with all this things happening, someone has to be on top and in charge. Someone would oversee the steps to be done and things are in order. USADA will do whatever they do regarding the drug testing and they report it to the state commission. Is that hard to understand, *****?

Not really. If we go and compare their last 7 fights head-to-head, Floyd would still have a wide advantage over Manny in terms of the punches landed on them. As a matter of fact, I'm sure Manny would have 150+ more punches landed on him.

Nah...not at all.. PAC's connect percentage and defensive stats were twice as efficient in his fights with Diaz, DLH, Hatton, Cotto, and Marg...

Josh and shane were fights where the stats took a hit based on fighters who went straight into survival mode leaving PAC with little opportunities. But even with those two fights the stats greats shift by taking out the JMM fight.
