Pac has always trained in the Phillippines at the start so he should be allowed to do so again for this fight. If Pac desides after all of these yrs he would like to train in the Philippines until 2 weeks before the fight though then something just ain't right lol.

 

I don't like that Arum didn't state random or blood in his statement about unlimited testing no being an issue but I will give him benefit of the doubt.

i think one issue is that a state commission and wada are not one in the same, thus asking for a state commission to oversee wada is like asking your uncle to sit next to the FedEx driver and oversee your package transfer

 

Just in Fairness 1.5 Months WADA in the Philippines and 1.5 in the USA. I think its fair, who is US to mandate outside the country.
