Nah in the gym three days, and out of the gym the other days. I use the gym for double end bag, padwork, and sparring etc, we also do conditioning classes and at home I do all my other physical stuff and boxing that I can do at home.
2 days at gym, but ive only just got back into boxing my fitness isnt great. other days i jog and do press ups,pulls ups,dips and 20mins abdominal exercises. i havent really got a routine atm.
I use to do 7 days, then cut it to 6, now I'm just doing 5 days. I think the 2 days rest will help me more then going to the gym and only having 1 day rest.
Im at the gym monday, wednsday, thursday and Friday. At least two of those gym sessions will be sparring. Usually rest tuesday, and then rest either the saturday or the sunday dependng on how my body is feeling.
