They are just hoping it flops so that way when Arum demands more than 50/50 for Pac, they will argue about ow it is justified because Pac is a bigger star.

:rofl compukiller, open your eyes, for ****s sake.

I actually agree. The hype for this fight in comparison to his last two has been ****.

People are talking about this fight where I live. But I live where the fight will be at.

There was no tv spots for Mosley vs Mayweather during NFL games. Like I said, you are welcome to make an avatar bet with me on the number of PPV buys if you believe this fight aint sellin.

Well it's a **** fight in fairness, a total mismatch. Oritz doesn't even have the power to win by a lucky KO.

I never said it won't sell. I'm sure it will. I'm just stating that the hype in comparison to the fights with Mosley and Marquez is a a fair bit less, in my opinion.

And is it really a surprise? Ortiz is hardly a name fighter when you compare him to Floyd's last two opponents.

i think people are a bit over waiting for pac and floyd to fight- i expect both their fights to do under a mil . people have to get on with their lives for ****s sakes- we ve been chatting about that fight for 3 years now- and not getting it. it was meant to be the fight to make boxing big again- and instead - by it not happening- i think its killed ****.

its like the lakers not playing the celtics in the finals due to drug testing n ****. - they couldve fought 3 times by now these two. instead we re getting b fights- and for way too much money.

economy + mayweather's inactivity + mayweathers boring style + ortiz's not yet a name fighter (marquez and shane were both 10 years older- and much bigger names- )

all equals a fairly modest showing i think .

people are starving for fights so imho this one is going to get gorged
on ie. sell quit a bit 1.4m-1.8m ppvb I'm even going to spend the extra
15 $ and get it in HD (massive rip off imho) but **** it

hoping and praying for a mayweather gatti type bout that dose not get
stopped until ortiz has sustained career ending damage

also i would violently ejaculate in my pants if he talks mad **** after
    dominating him.

    I'm pretty excited about it.

    Morales/canelo/Mayweather on one card.

    Can't really go wrong.

Exactly....I'm not worried about the numbers because they'll be there. Love him or hate him Floyd is proven...both as a boxer and as a draw within the sport. It may lack Hype now but when the numbers roll in it will break the Million mark.

UNDER?? If it does UNDER a million I'll be extremely surprised... There's no reason Floyd shouldn't hit or break 7 digits in PPV buys. If it by chance he doesn't hit the million mark it's gonna be A LOT of excuses coming from Floyd and his team. They'll blame EVERYONE in or around the promotion to somehow spin that Floyd's drawing power isn't taking a hit. If PAC was able to do 750K in PPV Buys in the US with a NON american star in Josh...there's no reason Floyd can't hit a million with Ortiz who is American.
