Size of the balls is the most important statistic of all.

    Reach, but both are important...

I'd say reach. Height can be a good thing from a defensive standpoint if used properly, but I personally don't see it as much of an offensive weapon. Reach is an advantage both offensively and defensively, because a long jab used properly can set up attacks and keep an aggressive opponent at bay.

    reach when used properly

you see tall guys not use height as a advantage often

Definitely reach. Consider the fact that the taller you are, while if you use height correctly they will have trouble reaching your head, but you will have some trouble reaching their body. Vitali landed like 3 body shots on Adamek.

Height makes you harder to reach vertically, but you can increase your own horizontal reach with movement of shoulder blade, hip, raised heel etc there are many ways; so tall height is a better asset

Height (not overall size) can actually be a disadvantage.

Try throwing a hard punch slightly up. Not so tough, because you can still put your legs into it. Now try throwing a hard punch slightly down. Not so easy, is it?

So if you have two FIT fighters with the same reach & same weight, but one is significantly shorter, the shorter guy actually has the advantage.

    - Just ask Mike Tyson.

So height is better because you can use your height to make your reach longer. Nice one. :nut

I'm not sure how good a tall Tyrannosaurus rex is in the ring.
